EDEN2072 gladly accepts returns and exchanges under the following terms:
1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Your item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. You must include your full name and address with your return.
4. Your returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
When requesting a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges) once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items.
We cannot issue refunds for items with makeup, oil or other stains.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Custom or personalized order
2. Items purchased at trunk shows, craft shows, art fairs or festivals
3. Items on sale
